Monster Clay has high plasticity and has a unique elastic quality much like soft taffy when warm.
Right out of the tub, Monster clay has a waxy firm texture great for carving. At average room temperature, Monster Clay is firm enough to capture even the finest details.
However, some sculptors like heating up the clay a little more for a softer more pliable texture.
Just roll a ball of the clay in your hand and you will notice the clay soften just from body heat making this clay extremely versatile for all types of work.
But that's not all...
Monster Clay can easily be turned into liquid pourable clay. Just pop it into the microwave along with the container it comes in. This makes Monster Clay great for casting and for making copies of life casts where changes are needed.
Monster Clay sulfur-free recipe is compatible with platinum silicone molding compounds (silicone rubber).
